Existing electrical (high and low voltage) reused unless a code issue is found
Existing drain pan reused (replacement available upon request)
Outside your home:
New outdoor unit installed and connected
Existing pad reused (new pad available upon request)
Existing electrical disconnect and wiring reused
Thermostat:
Your current thermostat will be reused
You can upgrade during checkout or provide your own — we’ll install it at no charge

Our pricing is based on a standard replacement without pulling a permit, which is how most homeowners choose to proceed.
If you would like a permit pulled, we’re happy to handle it for you. Permit fees are not included in the listed price, and any additional requirements from the inspection process would be reviewed with you before moving forward.
If we notice anything outside the scope of your system replacement that may need attention, we’ll bring it to your attention and explain your options — but any additional upgrades are always your choice.
