When you choose Mayer Conditioning, you're placing your trust in our company, our people, and our workmanship. We don't take that responsibility lightly.

Our goal is not simply to install heating and air conditioning equipment—it's to provide a level of service and professionalism that earns your confidence for years to come.

If we fail to meet that commitment, we'll do everything reasonably possible to make it right.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your new HVAC installation or the replacement parts installed by Mayer Conditioning, simply let us know.

We ask that you provide us with a reasonable opportunity to inspect your concerns and correct any issues. If, after those efforts, you remain dissatisfied, Mayer Conditioning will remove the equipment or parts we installed and refund 100% of the amount you paid directly to Mayer Conditioning for those products and services.

Because existing equipment is frequently removed, recycled, scrapped, or returned through manufacturer and supplier channels during the installation process, your original equipment or components may no longer be available for reinstallation or return. By authorizing the installation, you acknowledge and accept that your original equipment may not be recoverable.

This guarantee applies only to equipment and materials installed by Mayer Conditioning and does not include work, materials, or equipment supplied or installed by others.

Mayer Lemon Protection™

Quality equipment should perform reliably. While no manufacturer can guarantee that every component will never fail, we believe repeated mechanical failures should not become your burden.

If the same major HVAC component installed by Mayer Conditioning experiences more than three (3) verified manufacturer-related mechanical failures within the first twenty-four (24) months following the original installation date, Mayer Conditioning will replace that specific component at no additional charge to the customer.

Major components include:

  • Outdoor Condensing Unit

  • Indoor Air Handler

  • Gas Furnace

  • Evaporator Coil

  • Heat Pump

  • Mini-Split Indoor or Outdoor Unit

This guarantee applies only to the individual component meeting the replacement criteria and does not require replacement of the complete HVAC system.

Replacement equipment may be the same model or a manufacturer-approved equivalent with comparable features and performance if the original model is no longer available.

What's Covered

Our guarantee covers:

  • Defects in equipment installed by Mayer Conditioning.

  • Manufacturer-related mechanical failures.

  • Workmanship performed by Mayer Conditioning.

  • Corrective labor necessary to fulfill this guarantee.

What's Not Covered

This guarantee does not apply to failures or damage resulting from:

  • Lack of routine maintenance.

  • Abuse, misuse, neglect, or vandalism.

  • Fire, flooding, lightning, power surges, hurricanes, tornadoes, or other acts of nature.

  • Contaminated electrical service or improper utility voltage.

  • Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or service performed by others.

  • Improper operation contrary to manufacturer recommendations.

  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect equipment performance.

  • Existing ductwork, electrical systems, plumbing, structural conditions, or other components not installed by Mayer Conditioning.

  • Filters, batteries, refrigerant losses caused by external damage, or normal wear items unless otherwise covered by a separate written warranty.

Customer Responsibilities

To maintain coverage under this guarantee, customers agree to:

  • Operate the equipment according to manufacturer recommendations.

  • Replace or clean filters as required.

  • Allow Mayer Conditioning reasonable access to inspect and repair covered equipment.

  • Notify Mayer Conditioning promptly after discovering a concern.

  • Maintain any manufacturer registration requirements when applicable.

Limitation of Liability

Except as expressly provided in this written guarantee, Mayer Conditioning shall not be responsible for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, inconvenience, temporary housing expenses, food spoilage, loss of business income, or other related expenses, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Nothing in this guarantee limits any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable state or federal law.
